My wife and I are on a 2 week vacation ride up from Houston, Tx. When 50 miles east of Missoula, my wife's Voltage Regulator gave up the Ghost. Since it was Sunday we thought we were going to be making an unscheduled over night stay. I was surprised when I called and discovered their service dept was open on Sunday! As soon as we rolled up Luke took the bike right in and the service guys fixed the problem and had us back on the road in just a couple of hours. A much better place now than when it was under "the past management". I haven't used the mechanic shop yet or parts. This is why I ONLY give three stars.....that's up from -10 stars under previous ownership.

I work in the automotive service industry so I know what it takes to be consistently outstanding at what they do, and these guys are committed to customer satisfaction. They take personal ownership of the customer's concern and they are proactive at finding solutions...impressive crew.
