The new owners of grizzly den have already made such a difference in revitalizing this space. This is a must play place for their little toddlers probably up to 7-8 most play places don’t cater to the toddlers so it’s nice they have a safe space to run around and play. I bring my kids here quite regularly. Owners are super sweet and working hard to improve it.

What a sad play place. It appears to be run down and there not much for kids to do. Play structure is small. Slides are too steep for little ones to go down, a lot of stuff is broken, the baby swing had no safety belt because it was broken, the play areas such as the the kitchen had no play food etc, and the ball pit is impossible for kids to get in and out because there's no steps inside the ball pit. I would love to rate this a five star because the playground is clean and there is so much for the kiddos to do including a arcade. There is something for every child. What I didn't experience though was staff who were happy to be there. When we asked to buy tokens or cash in our tickets the lady would sigh and be cranky. When the kids were picking out their prizes she was acting like she had something better she should be doing and it was taking too long for her. Nice enough place, but the service is crappy, just as crappy as the cheap handsoap they provide in the restrooms. We visited today ( Sunday) and one of the workers came and told our table at 2pm that they closed at 5?! We need 3 hours notice for that?? We were only there for 2 hours but felt rushed after that and defiantly not wanted. My food was ordered and they forgot about it, he did apologize though but still 45 minutes later and I had to go back to mention it. My children and I spent an afternoon here today (Sunday). We planned to meet multiple groups of friends throughout the afternoon. When we got there at 11:30 we had to ring the bell to get someone to come to the desk, then felt pressured to spend more than what we came to pay… asked numerous times if we wanted tokens, etc. we were then told at 2:00 “hey just so you know, we close at 5:00.” Yeah, okay?
