Good service, nachos had hardly any meat or cheese on them, burger was under cooked.
We were there last week and they have the best customer service in keystone! The staff seems to be well taken care of by the owners because they have this genuine smile as soon as you enter. The quality of their food is superb compared to the rest of the restaurants we ate at for our 4-day stay. Oh and the restaurant is clean and their tables are not sticky compared to the others.
Well I don't know about the food we didn't get to try it, we were never even acknowledged to be sat. The hostesses were just running around so If they are even a little busy and you are hungry I would not recommend it...
We went to Keystone to eat befor Mt. Rushmore lighting ceremony. We stopped at another restaurant with a patio and the hostess was rude and short with me and 25 minute wait when they had tables. We went on a little further in our vehicle up to Grizzlys and it was wonderful! And much better view because you are farther up. The staff was wonderful and food was great. I recommend when going to Keystone keep moving don't just stop at first venue those are the busiest.
