I really enjoyed working with Cornelio and his team on my “backyard paradise” project, which included building large stone patio with a fire pit. They were great at communication and delivered a great final product that we have been enjoying so much every day of each summer!

I think they do fine work, but their follow through is atrocious. Grizzly built a retaining wall at my home but never pulled a permit - a problem they seem to have no interest in fixing. I have now gone over a year with no action, resolution, and very little communication from the Grizzly team (none that wasn't initiated by me). Hard to trust a construction company that can't stand behind their own work. Do not use them!!!!! They are going bankrupt! They started my job.. paid them 100k - they waited to start.. then they came in and did 20% of the job.. and wanted more $$$.. gave them another 100k and now we are going to court! Do not do business with them!!!!!
