Clear example of extreme lack of professionalism, oversight, horrible management, broken promises... and worst. Our experience working with Grizzly has been a nightmare. They started with their charm and elevated assurances only to now ignore our emails and phone calls for over 2 months. Our HOA is under litigation from their sub contractors because Grizzly has not paid MANY of the subs they hired for our project. We are closer to $80,000 in mechanic liens and Grizzly disappeared. Grizzly Construction stole over $200,000 from us and never paid the contractors or finished the job. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Extremely poor experience. Only provided 60 percent of the insulation paid for until I figured it out. Broke things on the house valued at about 3 thousand dollars that they promised to pay for and haven't. Never completed permits with the city months after the work was done. Issues ongoing. Run, run, run !!
