Dr Smith is the best! Very attentive, and listens intently to any concerns you might have. Oh! I might add a terrific surgeon as well. The staff is very professional, personable and friendly!,

My mom had an appointment on November 14. Today is the 21st. She was called in a prescription on the 14th and we picked it up for her. Within 24 hours they called and told her they gave her an antibiotic that she was resistant to. She is elderly and has a UTI. Then they told her that they called the prescription in to the VA. November 20th. Nothing. I called our local pharmacy to see if he could get her some of the antibiotics until her prescription came as she is in a lot of pain and feeling very sick.
