Hard to find a comparable gym across the Halton region. Numerous programming options, and coaches are invested in helping members get the most out of each class. Also recently started PT with Raj S and can't recommend him enough. Solid facility for everyone, regardless of where you are at in your fitness journey.
I’ve been training with Aarti for two months and I’m very impressed. She’s knowledgeable and experienced, and creates personalized training plans that fit my specific needs. She actively teaches me how to train properly, so I can eventually work out on my own confidently. She also knows when to encourage and push me a bit harder. I’d definitely recommend her. I will go back and train with her after my temp break.
