Great workouts for those who want to be lead and follow a program at the gym! Wonderful community! Brigitte is INCREDIBLE, love that she can beat Anshal at the HIIT workouts!

Tried this fitness studio out and was quite impressed with the training team, the programs, the classes and the facility. What really took it over the top for me was the culture amongst the studio across its members and the staff - supportive, collaborative, positive and well intentioned while also holding others accountable and pushing them when needed to help break through the mental or physical barriers that people experience on their fitness journeys.
