GritLabs Fitness has built an incredible community where everyone feels welcomed, supported, and motivated. The programming is well thought out and structured in a way that meets people at different fitness levels while still allowing for real progress. What truly stands out are the systems in place to ensure every member has a consistent, high-quality experience …it’s clear that a lot of care goes into how classes are run and how members are supported throughout their journey.I personally love this place.

I absolutely love Grit Labs. It has such a personal, welcoming feel from the moment you walk in. The space is always clean, and the equipment is modern and well-maintained. The training staff are truly outstanding. They are knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely supportive. They push you in the best way while still making workouts feel approachable and fun. My husband and I started working out at GRIT LABS in Burlington about 4 months ago.....after many years of not being active. We were very nervous about restarting after such a long break, but the staff made the transition so exciting and most importantly, possible. We are OBSESSED with every workout.
