Horrible billing and payment practices Don’t care about patients and don’t take privacy private also don’t expect them to ever apologize or care because of disabilities and financial hardships charged $120 for missed appointment Sad it took posting this to get an apology….also forgot to mention over billed patient in the very beginning taking out too many co pays So many problems hard to remember

A warm, welcoming atmosphere where every person is made to feel seen and heard, I will continuously recommend Grit and Grace to anyone seeking therapy, medication management, or just a good overall clinician and team who take the time to get to know them. Providers go above and beyond for all of their patients on a daily basis here and it is evident when you walk through the doors. Thank you for providing a safe space for so many in the community!
Anytime I have visited Grit and Grace I have always felt welcomed. The staff I have met are very kind. Just walking inside feels safe and comforting.
