Grit and Grace Therapy have been thorough and professional in helping with an insurance issue. I felt cared for, heard and seen when this was going on and it looks like the issue will be resolved. I am a bit frustrated that I was not made aware of the change in billing and had unexpected charges but they were highly apologetic and are trying to remedy the situation. I have had nothing but good experiences with the providers I see! I highly recommend grit and grace to all of my friends & family! I personally see Vicki and Kelly. Both are Awesome!
I have been a patient in the TMS program for the last three weeks. I have found all the staff interactions to be extremely positive. Britney who is the nurse is warm, caring, and has a very good understanding of both the machine and the process of TMS. All of the staff I have interacted with from Lauren during the mapping, to Mandie during some treatments to Kendra while I was in process of getting documentation for the treatment have been compassionate, friendly and effective. My therapist Vicki has been wonderful. I was looking for a Christian counselor that would include faith based counseling therapy and she has woven it into many of our counseling sessions. She’s the best I would highly recommend her.
