Bought a Miyata 512 here 3 years or so ago, it looked and rode like brand new, OBB repacked all the 30 year old bearings, rides like a Porsche.
Hands down the greatest service, from someone with lots of questions, limited time, and high maintenance requests...
Stopped by to check out the shop today because a couple of our friends have bike from their. The shop itself was nice but the guy setting bikes outside did not not speak or say hello, we were not greeted coming in and when i asked him questions he really seamed as if i was bothering him with stupid questions and just wanted to sweep the floor. Sorry for your lost sale, we found bikes and staff at Shellers that interests us.
My husband and I went to OBB yesterday to purchase his first road bike. We were very impressed with the large selection of bikes to choose from and bikes that fit every type of budget. The owner was very friendly and there was no intimidation or pressure to purchase something, like I have experienced in other shops. OBB is definitely going to be our go to shop for our biking needs.
I bought a bike here about a month ago and have been back to the shop a handful of times for various reasons. I shopped around town before purchasing a bike and this place has the best selection in town, especially if you're looking for something used. Mike is super nice and helpful. You can tell he puts a lot of love and care into restoring his bikes and he guarantees his work. He also has a great inventory of new bikes.
