Grit Cycling hosts pre-race preview rides for the Ironman Louisville event which is how I discovered them. When you show up they provide a gel, Gatorade endurance and a guide for the route. They are amazing. The shop itself has a little bit of everything you would need and provides pretty honest pricing for their bike services department. I was in a rush to have my bicycle adjusted. So I called Grit’s and a very kind and friendly voice answered the phone and told me to bring my bike on in. I arrived 15 minutes later and they were able to get me on my way in no time! Very quick and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate it and will be seeing you again soon! Thanks so much!
