Update: I disputed the charges on my credit card and got a refund for the full amount of my retainer, $13,005. I notified Mr. McGowan in a text and almost immediately got phone call from him. I didn't care to answer although I did invite him to send an invoice. ________________ Mr McGowan never attempted to do the job I hired him to do over a year ago. I am trying to end our association.
