BE VERY WARY!! Matt came to my house to check out 2 projects. He was very friendly and came off as "in it for you." He had great, creative ideas. He gave me a bid and we agreed to proceed. He told me it would be this week some time. He texted at 9 30 PM the night before and told me to have $$ ready by 10 am the next day. (not very professional, if you ask me).
