I had a couple of issues while Griswold was updating their system and I was frustrated. They reached out to me, got my account updated and provided great customer service.
Aliante is supposed to be a great place to live??? Rome Park Villas used to be! Go where you are appreciated and valued as a Tenant. It is not this complex/community! If I went into detail and added pics, it would take awhile....... The office staff needs to be retrained or put through some extensive management classes on how to not personally involve yourself with Tenants (especially if they are friends/family). I haven't felt safe since office staff told another tenant I complain, because I complained about Urine and Feces... read more
Seems like the office is always closed and you can never get in touch with anyone. They have no way to pay online. The want me to tear the coupon off the bottom of the letter and send a check. This is 2025 and there is no way to make my HOA payment online.
Great and professional management company. They really tried to help turn around our complex. Were quick to address any issues and had online services for payments and other requests. Would recommend.
I'm a longtime Real Estate Investor and I spoke with Phil Michaelson and his staff at Griswold Real Estate Management Las Vegas since they are the community managers for one of my HOA's. They seem to get the job done and try to accommodate me and my needs as much as possible...
