It’s almost impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone. Limited office hours. Incorrect information given by staff and not once have I had a phone call returned. All questions or issues referred to logging into website which consistently tells me “Your management company has limited access to this function.”
I'm a longtime Real Estate Investor and I spoke with Phil Michaelson at Griswold Real Estate Management Las Vegas for the first time last month and they made several promises to me then. 1 Month later, they still haven't responded to my first email nor did they fulfill any of their promises and they even closed early for Valentine's Day... What a joke! If you are in need of a new property manager or community management company- I would suggest that you might want to look elsewhere.
