We have been using Griswold for our home service care for my mother for almost a year now. They worked with us to find just the right caregiver for her. We have been happy with this service.
We are very happy with our assigned care giver Beatrice. She genuinely cares about my wife's well-being and works with her to improve her speech and cognitive issues. My wife looks forward to her weekly sessions. The one administrative improvement would be to bill monthly with attached documentation of hours billed. Currently, our credit card is charged weekly with no billed hours detail.
Will Vigil and his team are awesome. They are there when you need them. They also treated my mom with care and understanding and anticipated her needs. Will was very supportive in helping my mom get the extra care that she needed. My sisters and I are very grateful to have them for our mom. Thanks so much!!!
Wil Vigil and his team have been helping us care for my parents over the last two years. They put a lot of effort into finding caregivers that are a good fit for your family situation and can easily adjust when things change. Highly recommend this agency. They have been taking care of our Aunt in Venice for the last 4 years. They do care for their clients, quick to resolve any concerns, and so very accommodating in all aspects of caregiving. They treat our Aunt and us as family. I intend to stay with this agency as long as needed.
