My brother and I have worked with Griswold for several years for 24-hour aide coverage for our Mom, almost 100 and living in a retirement community (Applewood). We have found them very reliable and communicative on schedule changes, substitutions, etc. Many of the aides have been excellent; at worse, some were adequately attentive, reliable, and took care of our Mom.
