Michael has been an incredible asset to our family's home care. He has proven to be always available and eager to accommodate any request. He initially explained to me that the caregivers at Griswold have been vetted through a thorough vetting process and from the quality of caregivers we have gotten, and the high level of compassion on display, this vetting process is clearly working. Honestly, Griswold's contribution to our family's difficult situation feels like nothing less than lifesaving.

I had never had home care. I had been active in caring for patients myself. (RN for more than 40 yrs) It never crossed my mind that I would someday need care myself. I cannot say enough to express my satisfaction and gratitude for the staff they sent. Nicole was kind, responsible, caring ( etc. I could go on and on!) Thank you Mike from Griswold and all your staff - I will be grateful forever for all you do.
Griswold was recommended to my family by my mother’s doctor, so I knew then it would be a good fit. After meeting with Michael the first time, he put together the most incredible team of caregivers who took loving, wonderful care of my mother for a year and half. My sisters and I fostered relationships with these women that will continue on. They truly became a part of our family and for that we are deeply grateful!
