The service has been excellent. During this tough time in our lives Griswold has been there and has given us peace of mind with the care of my father.
Be careful to watch the hours you are billed! I hired this service for my mother, who was in assisted living, to provide extra care. At first the care appeared to be excellent just when a nursing supervisor from the facility contacted me to address problems of the weekend assistant this changed. I was helping out an elderly neighbor to find home caregivers for her husband in a home hospice situation. Lee Jacobson of Griswold Home Care of the Merrimack Valley was a pleasure to do business with. He talked me through the options and expectations and then jumped right into finding caregivers that could meet our needs. Lee was very responsive when we were desperate to line up in home care. Every call, text and email were responded too promptly. The care providers did a very good job providing personal in home care and most were very compassionate.
Cannot thank Lee and his team more for the care they provided my dad. We needed 24 hour care immediately and they were able to find a way to support us that night. The home health aides were compassionate, caring and skilled. Highly recommended!
