I am very pleased with the Griswold agency and the home care aide. My mother was hit by a car 2 years ago. I have had the same aide for the full time period. When the aide arrived on the first day, my mother was extremely depressed and in much pain from the accident. She assured my mother that everything would be get better, and gently rubbed her shoulder, in a very caring manner. Their staff, both part-time and live-in were extremely capable and even more caring in their treatment of my mother and in their interactions with our family.
