I used home care for my mom. First when she was hit by car, I had part-time daily aide. Then 3 years later, I used a live-in aide when she needed hospice support. The aides were very compassionate and attentive to my mothers needs. The office was available whenever I had a question. I also found that Griswold had one of the best rates in Monmouth County
The worst of the worst..caregivers disrespectful, sat upstairs in their area n talked on phone all day…refused to help after 8:00pm, told me it was overtime….i paid $1995.00 a week n each one that they sent was worst than the one before….i had one good man n they took him away for their personal father….horrible experience…stay away…
I am very pleased with the Griswold agency and the home care aide. My mother was hit by a car 2 years ago. I have had the same aide for the full time period. When the aide arrived on the first day, my mother was extremely depressed and in much pain from the accident. She assured my mother that everything would be get better, and gently rubbed her shoulder, in a very caring manner.
