I have had very positive experiences with Griswold Home Care over the last 3 years while supporting my 85-year old mother. The office staff members (particularly Scott Young) have been stellar, not only with communication but also with identifying caregivers who are a good fit to my mother’s personality and evolving needs. My siblings and I have used Griswold Home Care for the companion care of our mother for many months. We have been very pleased with Griswold's aides, and found them to be reliable, helpful, and very kind. We also appreciate Griswold's timely temporary replacement of an aide who could not cover a shift on a particular day. For these reasons, a five-star review is easy to give to Griswold, along with a shout-out to Scott for his assistance in numerous ways over these many months!

We engaged Griswold on February 21, 2025 when I was being discharged as an inpatient from Moss Rehab following 2 debilitating ischemic strokes. Griswold provided us with a 24/7 care giver who we had until September 2, 2025. She started out with a tough job, as I was in the early stages of recovering from total right side paralysis.
