My siblings and I have used Griswold Home Care for the companion care of our mother for many months. We have been very pleased with Griswold's aides, and found them to be reliable, helpful, and very kind. We also appreciate Griswold's timely temporary replacement of an aide who could not cover a shift on a particular day. For these reasons, a five-star review is easy to give to Griswold, along with a shout-out to Scott for his assistance in numerous ways over these many months!

We engaged Griswold on February 21, 2025 when I was being discharged as an inpatient from Moss Rehab following 2 debilitating ischemic strokes. Griswold provided us with a 24/7 care giver who we had until September 2, 2025. She started out with a tough job, as I was in the early stages of recovering from total right side paralysis. Over a year ago I contacted Griswold Home Care to inquire about a caregiver for my husband. The office staff asked about our specific needs and then sent a caregiver who was a good fit for us. We were pleased. Recently I had knee surgery and required additional help at home. Griswold again provided caregivers who met our needs and were a good fit for our situation.
