I am very happy with Griswold, In particular I find the staff to be professional in every aspect of theiir jobs. Putting the client family first is one thing many angecies lack. I started working with Griswold in 2022 when my husband, who is a disabled Vietnam veteran, was released from the hospital. We have had multiple caregivers since we started Some for a long periods and some for very short periods of time. Griswold has been able to cover my husband’s care 24/7 for times when I needed to take a respite from caregiving. Overall I am very pleased with the service Griswold has provided.
Griswold has been very good at replacing and providing caregivers for my mother...I appreciate their ongoing efforts.
I have nothing but the best to say about Griswold. They provide a service that covers that helps with me sustain a normal lifecycle and dealing with the office is never an issue .
