My parents moved in with me in order for my dad to get more help with my mom, who had advanced dementia. Immediately I had to hire help, and Griswold came through. We had 2 aids come by, and both of them were absolutely phenomenal (Dorla and Alice). They engaged with her the entire time, and when my mom was sleeping, they tidied up around the place. I felt so good knowing she was in good and caring hands.
We had a wonderful experience during my husband’s brain cancer journey. The staff were professional and compassionate. They went above and beyond to support him as well as help me keep up with laundry and dishes.
Matt was great. Lillian was extra great!
Matt lined us up with Grace to take of my dad when he fell and broke his hip at 98 1/2 years old. She took excellent care of my dad for almost a full year, and my wife and I were very thankful to have her. She became family by the time dad passed away almost exactly one year later.
Griswold home care provided very responsive support to care for family member. Responsive and flexible with a changing condition. Home care staff were friendly and capable. Filled out need. Definitely recommend.
