Communication is excellent. Explanation of services available, rates and expectations. When my family members need care, I certainly will consider Griswold.
I looked into several agencies and chose Griswold based on a recommendation from our home health therapy provider. We are so happy to have Beth R providing care for my 98 year old father. He says she’s a “great talker”, meaning she has stimulating conversation with him and he looks forward to taking walks with her. Her level of care is outstanding. Griswold communicates well with me and I would highly recommend them and their people.

The nurse, Karee Gayel arrived at my house around midnight On a Wednesday and hit the road full speed. The local physical therapist arrived late morning. During her visit I had vertigo, and the 911 ambulance took me to the hospital. Karee road in the ambulance going to a hospital she had never seen before. She introduced herself and followed my location and treatment plan with vigor. By evening I had stabilized and was sent home.
