Griswold Home Care is taking no responsibility on resolving an issue with one of their caregivers that they currently still use and had recommended for us to employ for my elderly mother’s care. Because of a supposedly “lost check” my mother’s caregiver was paid a second time $780 and that Griswold Caregiver has not paid back the original check due to my mother. Griswold Home Care is still using this caregiver! I would not recommend using Griswold Home Care.
Do your own background checks of anyone they send into your home! We learned that the hard way.
