I’ve been with Griswold as a caregiver for four years and one month now, and have never had a single issue with them or my clients. Kendall and Taylor are the best. They always find me cases that suit my needs, and never ignore my concerns. They care about their clients and have their caregivers at heart. I’m very happy that I found Griswold . I chose Griswold to care for my father based on the good reviews. Based on our experience I can not recommend them. We used them for only 6 days because the care was so inconsistent. Only 2 of the 6 days went according to plan with the scheduled caregiver showing up for the agreed to hours. It is very stressful starting each day worrying if or when help will show up. Additionally I was overcharged 6 hours for those 6 days via bank draft.
Griswold Home Care has been amazing for our family. During a transition from skilled nursing back to home for my grandfather they quickly organized to provide 12 hour a day care. Even with a staffing hiccup, they tactfully and efficiently handle the issue and made it right the next day. We are very impressed with their service, management, and prices. Would absolutely recommend GHC for non medical, in home caregiving services.
