Very professional staff who make sure everything is in good order with caregivers and CNA’s for the benefit of patient!
If you are looking for a "sitter" not a caregiver, never on time, don't show up at all, or recieve a phone call at the last minute of no coverage for your loved one then this is your place!! 1 star only because there was no option of No Stars. Just a few of the incidents....patient uses a hoyer lift for transfers (we were told everyone knew how to use a lift) drops patient in the floor, one caregiver left patient alone because she had an emergency (without calling anyone) one cargiver grabbed herself a blanket and slept on t... read more
