Worked for this company may I say very unprofessional people. First they had me going to a client that no longer wanted me and has hired someone to take over so we both there looking crazy, second I was told that since it was the office fault they would give gas money for my inconvenient of my time. I recently moved from northern Indiana and had wonderful experiences with elder care sitters in that area. So disappointed with this business. I was very specific with the intake coordinator regarding moms needs, and they assigned a sitter that could not arrive on time for any type of training in caring for mom, not once but twice. And after a second shift of leaving mom in urine and feces for 16 hours with nothing to drink, the sitter was only interested in finding out if she could leave early to teach sunday school.?????? ... read more
