A friend of mine hired this disgusting company If I could give them zero stars I would. Horrible, irresponsible. Terrible financially abusive healthcare workers. Valuable possessions are missing. There license should be revoked. Healthcare workers should be arrested for theft and brain washing of an elderly man. Could not be the first time this has happened. When we needed 24/7 care for my mother, Griswold had several caregivers that matched our family and my mom's need. We had wonderful women over the last three years that came into my mom's home and provided excellent care. They were compassionate, caring and kind. Each one of them was an angel to our family.
Griswold Care Pairing has done an excellent job matching caregivers for my husband. Debbie (Griswold) is easy to talk to, makes you comfortable if I would have a concern, & works her hardest to satisfy our needs! My caregivers are very trustworthy & always willing to help out beyond our needs. They have become like family! I would highly recommend Griswold Care Pairing in St. Charles.
