I cant say enough good things about Griswold! Especially care giver Tami Fink! She was my aunts care giver. She was only her care giver for a couple of weeks due to the family deciding it was time for my aunt to go into a memory care facility. Which was a really hard decision for my husband and I, but Tami not only did she recommend the place my aunt went to she also was very supportive and gave us extreme emotional support. Working with Griswold during the worst times was easy and we felt cared for. One caregiver in particular, Anecia Bell, was fantastic and became a part of our family. If you are struggling at all managing home health care for a loved one, call Griswold.
Outstanding communication from day one. Even though it took numerous interviews of different caretakers to find the right personalities to take care of my 95y.o. mother, Debbie &Alexus hung in with us throught the process. We now have 3 very good and professional caretakers giving my mom basically 24/7 care.
Our family was given 24 hour notice at the assisted care facility my Mom was at to start providing 24 hour care. Many home care companies were called, but Griswold was so quick to respond and start providing services the same day from 9pm-9am. Our family would like to thank Candice and Nkiya for taking such good care of our Mom and all the challenges that someone who has dementia can present.
