I blame the VA for not checking the aid availability in my area available from this home care service. I had no choices. So I hire my own home care taker. They lost a government contract due to inept staff in the community VA out reach program. What a pity. 🇺🇸🪖😵🙏🏼
This company by far is the best company I’ve worked for. I have been a CNA for 6 years now and I had my fare share experiences with nursing homes, in home agencies including hospice work. This company actually cares about its employees. If the weather is bad they will tell you not to risk it, if you are running late due to unforeseen circumstances they are understanding.
