not certified aides, they don't send replacements when their people doid't show up. Leaving your loved one unattebnded. I had to leave work 5 times to cover for them. one aide dropped my wife in the bathroom. they called the patient to say nobody was coming, not helpful to a paralyzed patient. left my wife alone for an hour wiythout a way to call for help causing her to not make it to the bathroom on time. people were so unstable that the patient was afraid to report them for they could potentially harm her.
Griswold (especially Anita & Debbie) are absolutely amazing. I live out of state and Griswold instilled confidence in us and took superb care of my mother. Highly recommend!

Griswold home care is definitely a lifesaver for our family! Sylvia is my Mom’s guardian angel while we cannot be there❤️ Everyone including the office staff, Debbie, and Mom’s caregiver Sylvia are wonderful. They are great communicators, and very adaptable to accommodating changing schedules due to appointments and my Mom’s needs. If we cannot be there for her, Sylvia is competently taking our place!
