I just want to give a Great Big Shout out to Lisa and Brianna at the Charleston office... You ladies ROCK.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The experience I had was great. I was with someone who was applying for an job with you all. Just sitting in the waiting area and seeing those girls handle things just the two of them working. It showed Awsome team work... 😍 The environment was great and they handle everyone that came thru the door with Great perfessionalism.. And again ALL ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️JOB WELL DONE LADIES❤️
I wish I could leave a more positive review, but I can only speak to my personal experience and the facts as I know them. At the time of writing this review, Griswold Home Care owes me $231 in unpaid compensation. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have had to repeatedly follow up regarding money owed to me, but it will be the last. I am an Occupational Therapist in the Charleston area and have worked directly with patients who are utilizing Griswold's caregiving services and have had nothing but good experiences with both caregivers and upper management at Griswold (specifically Nikki who is just delightful and approachable). Would highly recommend them if you or a loved one is in need of services!
First time contacting this agency. Josh was very friendly and helpful. I requested if he could send me an email to obtain more details about the process for starting a new application.
