Epic very maintained theres people that go to cut grass and stuff and its fairly priced but there is limited parking so during holidays and stuff it gets PACKED the neighborhood is also very quiet (maybe not including me) also the ceilings and stuff are awesome if u have a upstairs neighbor it is SILENT so yeah its a must love 5 stars
The grounds are Beautiful, atmosphere is peaceful and the neighbors are quite respectful. Very responsive and professional management co. I would highly recommend these apartments. Having good quality hardwood floors were a high point too and never had issue with bugs, even mosquitoes the 2 years I was there.. So it is a solid place and well maintained. These apartments can make for a very good home for someone seeking these qualities.
