Higher prices than big box, but the quality is far superior. Extremely helpful and personable.
Quality customer service. Quality product. We have used this company on all our flooring needs. Highly recommend. Installers are very professional and take the time needed to make everything look beautiful.
I would not use them or recommend them. We started off going through them with our general contractor. After deciding to not use our general contractor (he was over priced and very shady when asked about itemized prices for specific projects), we decided to go back to them for itemized prices. The lady at the store said she absolutely would get back to us and price things out individually (flooring, backsplash, etc...). She never got back to us.
