Called to inquire about services; advised they are not taking any new patients. There is a 6 - 12 month wait to see someone. I shouldn’t be surprised since many of their doctors left 2023, and they subsequently lost social workers. We need better care.
Stay far away from place . They don’t call in refills when supposed to they set you up on 14 day med fill yet don’t set up an appt within those 14 days then expect you to go with out meds until the appt. And no way to get past a secretary’s horrible office!
Call to get prescriptions refilled ahead of time, no one calls back. Leave another voicemail, get rudely told to stop calling them and assume they did it and call the pharmacy, only to call the pharmacy and they didn’t do it… every month I go through this to get my medication leaving me without my medication because they have poor communication and treat their patients even worse. Thank you for leaving me without my medication again that I need daily.
Have had a good experience here with 2 different psychiatric nurse practitioners and medication management.
