It's alright. Neighbors already trashing it up with cigarette butts and trash in the parking lot. And they seriously need to get some people out here to fix the power lines or whatever. Power has been shutting off in the mornings lately. Barely raining tonight and power was off when I got home around 9. Flicker on and then shut right back off.
Gristmill is an excellent gated community. Has on site fitness center, media center, wifi & more. Fresno PD walks the site during the day. staff is very knowledgeable of different floor plans & rent options. Make this your home today. units are going fast
