I've dealt with about a dozen real estate agents throughout the US over many years, and Alex is one of the best. She's incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about the process, and always has the answer at the right time (or quickly researches it). She knows the routine and does many things automatically for you, and if you have a request, she goes out of her way to make it happen and quickly. I have talked with Paul Grist on several occasions. He is very personable, a man of strong faith, and down right gregorius. I guess what I'm trying to say is that he seems to like being around people and he brings out the best in the people around him. He really knows a great deal about families here in the Greenbrier Valley as well as their homes and businesses. You can tell right away when you meet him that he is really good at his trade.
Alex DeGraff is amazing! We had so so so many questions, and Alex devoted tons of time to us and thoroughly addressed all of our questions and concerns. Here's a small thing that made me certain we had the right realtor on our side. Once, when Alex couldn't immediately answer a question about the fine print of a contract, she said "Let me ask my broker and get back to you."
