I had no heat the year I lived there. The apartment was 40 degrees at the coldest. Charged big cleaning charges at end, even though my apartment was very cleaned when I moved out.
Frnd of renters & it is a dump. Negative energy, drugs, & tons more. Just a money collector. Trashy inside. Don't let the flowers give you the impression its nice. Once you pay and are moved in, you see the inside view of a trail of problems. Kids are not welcome. They want old people easy to control. Play ground is beyond outdated and damaged. Very little lighting at night any where. Employees are fake and get you in with nice icing. Then they bombard you with rules that dont exist to oppress you. They never higher quality ... read more
