In the spring I saw Dr Grissom for a second opinion. He advised me that the tooth couldn’t be saved. After having the extraction and the work of getting a bridge, I needed Dr Grissom again. He kindly talked me through what was going on with one of the teeth involved in the bridge. He performed the root canal with kindness, explaining each step as he worked. Dr. Grissom and his staff are incredibly. From the minute you walk in the door they make you feel at ease and welcomed. Dr Grissom is very knowledgeable. He found a fourth nerve during my root canal that should not have been there. If this nerve had been overlooked it could have caused me trouble later on. I am thankful for his expertise. I would highly recommend him and his staff.
Start with I don’t like a dentist visit or an endodontic! I was nervous to start with. I walked in, greeted by the receptionist, offered a restroom, then the assistant came took me for X-rays, then to the room. She was amazing, explained each step that she was doing, answered all my questions. Then Dr. Grissom came in, he made a joke to make me laugh, which made me relax. Dr. Grissom and his team are so great. I can't recommend them enough. Their new office is beautiful with the most up to date technology and is kept so clean. I felt listened to and was very carefully treated with gentle care and concern.
