I was referred to Dr. Grissom by my dentist to assess cause of bothersome tooth pain. Staff worked me in on short notice. Online new patient registration was simple. Dr. Grissom quickly diagnosed the cause and performed a root canal. Staff were responsive, attentive, pleasant, and professional. Professional (explained all he was doing every step of the procedure and communicated in a patient manner I could understand), kind (kept asking if I was doing ok) and encouraging (reminded me all was going well).
