I took my 6-year-old grandson to meet with Dr. Grissett. She was excellent! Having worked with abused and neglected children for 35 years, I have dealt with many child psychiatrists. She is, by far, outstanding!
I have been seeing Dr Grissett for over 10 years and she has done so much to help improve my serious mental health problems I trust her as more than a doctor but also as a friend.
I would actually give it a 0! Three calls to the office to set up a new patient appointment ...not one single call returned! Highly unprofessional! You're only as good as the people you hire and clearly, the front office staff is below par. So, if no one is monitoring the staff to ensure that they are doing their job properly, it would suggest that the degreed staff is proper not well equipped to do their job either. I know who I will NOT be recommending to anyone in the future.
Never in all my years have I ever seen a more caring, attentive doctor providing the HIGHEST level of care. Dr Grissett takes all the time necessary to listen & answer my questions. Coming here is like dealing with a trusted family member. The whole staff (thank you Melody) treats me with tender loving care, because they really do care. Thank you Dr Grissett, Melody & the rest of the staff. I will be eternally grateful for the care, attention & concern you have always shown me. Thank you!!!
Good luck scheduling an appointment or getting a call back, day three still waiting. Mental health DOCTOR but its okay to ignore people seeking help. What a joke. Just another egotistical psychiatrist who only cares about lining her wallet with money from yours.
