Always looking out for customer
I’ve never been able to go into this shop and just get an oil change. My husband and my brother have, but anytime I go in there they always try to get me to “fix something” that didn’t seem to have anything wrong with it before. Their warranties are junk too. Bought brand new tires from them and my stem valve broke off. “The tire is covered under the warranty, not the stem valve, this happens all the time, but it’s not covered” The tire is less than a year old! I got front breaks done now I'm hearing something loose wen I hit a bump go bck in he wants to chrge me to just look at it I told him no something y'all did after getting my breaks done I wouldn't never go bck there

I’m just gonna say I love my guys Greg & Nate at Grismer! I blew a tire on the Cadillac over the weekend, but waited until Monday to get it fixed because I wanted all my tires to match. My tire took 24hrs to come in but no biggie because I didn’t get raked over the coals. These 2 always take care of me. This is why Grismer is the only other place that touches my car other than the dealership. When you find good service & good people you stick with them!
