Very kind and helpful with the nail in my tire. 💯. And then you need a tune up and leave your vehicle all day to pay diagnostic fee of $150 for nothing but telling me what auto zone did for free. Chalking it up as taking advantage of a woman. Well this girl WILL NOT BE BACK nor will my friends. I’m extremely PISSED and thanks for TAKING my easy money. 👎🏼😤🤮
Ryan and Mark have tsken care of our Toyota's for about 6 years now. Have never had an issue with any work performed.
Excellent service! Honest advice. Fair pricing. Checked brakes....said I had some wear but not enough to be concerned at this time. Didn't try to price gouge me; especially being a single lady. Ryan answered the many questions I had; with patience. I felt very respected as a person not just a customer! I will be recommending Grismers in Springboro, OH to everyone I know!
