This Grismer location is AMAZING. I go here all the time for my auto needs and they take care of me every time. From making sure I'm doing okay in the waiting room to taking me home while they're working on my car. I will always come here even if I live 30+ minutes away. Thank you, Trotwood Grismer staff!
I'm not happy with the way I was talked to about my vehicle, yes I have a older truck that needed some work but the rude comments wasn't needed,it makes me not want to come to this location again, never had a problem with this location before today ,I wish I knew the name of the person that made these rude comments ,if it helps he wore a red shirt so I'm guessing he's a manger , please look in to this incident that happened at 10:28am on August 30,2018
