RecommendedSo... my short answer is “yes”, I would recommend Grismer in Vandalia.” The long answer is that their technicians are just that, “technicians”. I had to coach them on diagnosing the problem after the adjustment to the alignment didn’t fully correct the problem. The staff was initially hesitant to re-look at my car when I brought it back within 10 minutes of picking it up. The initial response was as if it was my fault the alignment didn’t work. Half hour after they fixed my leak....
Had a wonderful great experience until I saw the text that came through for me that said hi, Barb! My biggest pet peeve is everyone assumes that the name Barbara isn’t ugly enough So they take it upon themselves to call me Barb and I hate hate hate it! Other than that I would totally recommend Grismer tire and auto service center! Great knowledgeable and courteous staff!
