Unfortunately, in today's day and age quality customer service seems like an afterthought at most establishments. However, the professional staff at Grismer always seem to greet you with the warmest of welcomes and are always courteous and professional. Matt, Ron, Justin and the entire Grismer crew are the sole reason I continue to trust this store with my business. Any garage can "service" your car but few can deliver with the atmosphere that Grismer delivers on a daily basis...so why would you choose any place else?
I go to Grismer for all my car maintenance because they always provide good friendly service.
I have had my car serviced at Grismer’s in Huber Heights for about 5 years. What began with a great deal on quality tires followed by oil changes, eventually led to full services for all my automotive needs. Ron, Matt and Justin are always pleasant and accommodating. I went to Michigan last April (not in my car), and even called Matt and Ron for advise when we had car trouble.
I went in because my coolent was leaking. They told me the lower hose needed to be replaced. Great. They replaced it and I went on my way. Two days later I noticed it was still significantly leaking so I went back. They said they didn't attach the hose properly which is why it was still leaking. Well it's now two days later since the second time I saw them and it is STILL leaking!!!
