Best decision I made this year to switch my gastro health to the care of Dr. Joy. With each appointment I feel seen and heard. I appreciate the time she takes to explain things in detail. I will be recommending her to all my family and friends.
Dr Joy asks the right questions to make the best decision concerning treatment. She is patient and is excellent at explaining various treatments, possible side effects. She understands the whole person she is treating and takes that into account. She has great respect for the patient's ability to make judgements too as most patients do a lot of research about their illness.
She really listened to you situation, seemed very engaged, asks you question germain to the problem. Answered questions as needed. Even pointed out what things in the sample analysis affected your situation for better or worse. Seemed very knowledgeable and informative about symptoms, etc. Left feeling I had really found a good one, in Dr. Joy
Knowledgeable, caring, always up to date on your history, easy to talk to and listens to your concerns/issues, takes a conservative approach to dealing with problems, always follows up and responds to messages. Would recommend her to anyone!
Dr. Joy is amazing - she is kind and prioritizes building a relationship with her patients. I can't say enough about how awesome she is!
My experience with Dr. Joy was wonderful. She and her team for my colonoscopy were terrific. They were all friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Joy.
She is excellent! I had my first colonoscopy with her and both she and her team did a great job of putting me at ease. They were very thorough in explaining what would happen next and answered all of my questions. They were very professional and reassuring. I would highly recommend.
She listens intently. Is thoughtful and THOROUGH. She speaks plainly and effectively! Is extremely knowledgeable . She has a wonderful ability to put the patrient at ease and is willing to work with the patient to develop appropriate treatments and goals.
Informative, educated, helpful and excellent communicator. I have gone to her for years and she has provided excellent care.
