HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! NO STARS! (posted by Lorraine Harms) Took 07 Dodge Nitro in to have oil, spark plugs & rear brakes changed and coils installed. Prior week, asked for these services and also asked Tim's brother, who works counter if they change transmission fluid. I've always changed my cars at 100,000 miles. His brother said yes.
