The obstacle course race training classes this summer have been first rate! Not only did we still learn ninja warrior skills, we built strength, endurance, and balance. I'm not competing in the Spartan race, but the weekly training has made me so much stronger! The environment is so welcoming and friendly, and the coaches make sure that whatever your fitness level is, there's a way for you to start and learn ... I've been going to this Gripz Gym for 7 years and have loved every minute of it!

Fun place for kids birthday parties
We had our climbing enthusiastic kid's birthday party in Gripz Gym. It was very easy to book the place and I had requested climbing area to be part of the activities. We had 14 kids between 4 and 9 years. The kids had a blast. The staff were super cool and kind. They motivated the group to go for their best and kids had loads of fun and high energy.
