I can't even give it 0 stars, I bought my complete clutch for my Mini Cooper less than 1 year ago, likewise the day it arrived that same day a professional installed it, a week later it already had a noise, I contacted them and they told me that they wanted photos of the damaged parts, the clutch was already installed, how did they want me to send them photos of the damaged parts. Horrible experience with these sellers. First I bought the clutch kit and they sent the incorrect clutch. Like not even close to what I ordered, so I sent it back and they said it wasn’t the same way they sent it to me when all I did was open it to check it and taped it back and shipped it back the next day. They are scammers be careful. Read the other reviews. And their products are terrible quality
Edit: The disc did show up under a separate tracking number a week and a half later. By that time I had already returned the incomplete kit, and zero communication from the seller... It sure would have been nice to have a heads up as to what was going on! They shipped a Stage 3 Clutch Kit without the disc! I waited a week to get the kit only to open it to find missing parts. Do not buy from here!!!!! Their parts are junk. Wrong weight kit, and the seller doesn't care!
