Dispatcher lied, not knowing the difference between the patching and plugging of a tire. Service tech was friendly and did good work but $95 for a $20 plug job was excessive at best. I’d recommend an actual tire shop.
He did a good job. I needed my tire patched because there was a nail in my tire. It did take time to reach me. I called at 5:40 pm and was told 40 minutes. It was almost 8 o clock before it was completed.
They aren’t 24 hours so don’t waste your time. Came on 6/6/25 at 5pm and they was closed.
The first time they fixed my car well, the second time was today and the last time it took them more than an hour, and they only said that I should be patient even though I had been waiting for more than an hour, I paid $95 just to change my tire plus the time I had to wait??, I don’t think it’s fair and they thought it was funny that I was upset for waiting so long , The service is simply not the same anymore, I do not recommend it.
Amazing people. Helped my mom out when she blew her tire and was stranded. I called them and let her know the location , they asked for tire size and were quickly on their way. They made it to her within 20 minutes and they were done probably within 15-20 mins as well. amazing price and very kind people. Phil was incredible!!!!!
