UNSAFE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE: I had my tires serviced here, and the experience was both frustrating and unsafe. Shortly after, my car started making loud grinding noises. When I returned, the staff showed no urgency and responded with attitude. The bolts hadn’t been properly tightened — a serious safety risk. To make matters worse, the tire lock key was left in random place in the car and even their mechanic couldn’t find it. If something had happened on the road, I would’ve been stranded in an emergency.
