Food isn't anything special, saw all the reviews thinking that it's going to be amazing but seriously, ain't nobody got any idea of what good food is with some of the reviews they leave, hardly any flavor on my food except for the sneeze inducing amount of pepper they put on my mashed potatoes, also everything is overpriced for the quality you receive. Look just save your money and eat at home or go somewhere else cause it ain't worth it here.
RecommendedOnce again a great time at Grins last night. Greeted by a helpful hostess, Laura who made sure we had the best table outside. Then our waitress Kat was amazing. Drinks and food came out quick and everything was yummy as usual. Get an order of onion rings with ranch and I love the #10 burger but really everything my family of 4 has ever eaten there is big and really tasty. Our go-to restaurant when visiting our TX State girl!

Great appetizer of salsa, quest and guacamole, very good burger with the two onion ring side, and the peach cobbler was delicious. Great service too!
I've been going to Grins since the mid-1980s when I started my higher education career at what was then Southwest Texas State University, often with groups of friends. I continue to go there whenever I am able. Always great food and service!
