I reached out to Dan about a bathroom remodel, completely gutting and moving plumbing around, we were able to come up with a plan, design, and timeframe. He was very responsive to calls, email and didn’t come across as pushy. Dan and his team got our restroom looking better than I ever thought was possible. I highly recommend Grinnan Construction! When I contacted Dan for a basement remodel he showed up right away to take a look at the project and got back to me with an estimate very quickly. He was easy to work with and his crew were all very kind and respectful of my home. The high quality of work they did was very thorough and I would not hesitate to use them again!
